Day at the office: Rik van der Vossen

I’m in the office around three days a week. When I need focus time or have a lot of calls, I usually work from home. In the mornings, I try to do some coding and data analysis and focus on tasks which have a high priority. The morning is typically ended by facilitating some client meetings. In the early afternoon, I schedule internal alignment meetings to brainstorm and provide some guidance to the team. I try to limit checking my emails to a couple of blocks a day so as not to get too distracted by ad-hoc tasks. When in the office, I like to connect and catch-up with colleagues over lunch or coffee.
