Each week, I assess my schedule for the coming week to decide which days I’ll be in the office or working from home. When I have complex issues to tackle, I go to the office to have the opportunity to consult my colleagues or brainstorm with my project team. On days when lots of online meetings are scheduled, or when I need to focus on a specific task, I prefer to work from home. On Monday mornings, I always have alignment calls with my project team members. This gives us the chance to look at the week ahead and assess our priorities.

We are excited to receive your application. We will look at your resume and motivation letter with enthusiasm and a cricital eye.
The first round is an online call with our recruitment lead. During this round, we aim to offer an introduction to Magnus Energy and the role, as well as learn more about you and your motivation for the role.
In this first official interview, you will meet two team members. We want to learn about your capabilities, experiences, and ambitions. Plus your motivation to work in the energy sector. You will learn more about our projects and team.
The second interview is a meeting with two senior members of our team. We will dive deeper into your background, relevant knowledge, and competencies. We will ask you to solve a case study, to understand your way of thinking and communicating.
The final round is a meeting with one of the partners of Magnus Energy together with another team member. During this round we will address any outstanding questions, discuss your ambitions, and confirm your match with Magnus Energy.
Should all steps go well, you will receive an offer. That means we are excited to bring you on board and together shape the future of the European energy markets!
