WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Senior Business & Technology Consultant, you take an active role in shaping and delivering complex transformation initiatives for energy-related clients. You combine analytical depth with a hands-on mindset and are comfortable working close to operations, technology and decision-makers. You will be advising clients on topics such as digital transformation, IT/OT alignment, process and data optimisation and change management.

In addition, you will:

• Translate strategic ambitions into pragmatic, executable roadmaps and implementation plans, considering organisational, process, data and technology dimensions.

• Take ownership of project workstreams, independently shaping the approach and key deliverables, while ensuring quality, progress and alignment across business, IT and operational stakeholders.

• Facilitate working sessions and workshops that help teams make decisions and move forward.

• Coach and support consultants, contributing to a culture of craftsmanship and professional growth.

• Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership and capability building, strengthening Magnus Energy’s practice.

• Operate as a trusted sparring partner for clients, combining content expertise with delivery experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for professionals who are ready to take ownership in complex transformation environments.

You bring:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Technology, Energy or a related discipline) with excellent grades.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in consulting or complex transformation programmes.

• Experience with business- and/or technology-driven change, preferably in energy, utilities or infrastructure contexts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguity into clear direction.

• Confidence in client interaction, including facilitating discussions and aligning multiple stakeholders.

• A mature, proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility.

• Fluency in Dutch and English (C1)
