WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a Marketing and Communication Specialist, you will be the driving force behind turning our marketing strategy into high-impact campaigns, content and brand experiences. You will lead our day-to-day marketing and communications activities - ensuring consistency, quality and visibility across all channels (both internal and external). From campaign planning to execution, you shape how Magnus Energy shows up in the market.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Create high-quality content (blogs, case studies, newsletters, infographics) together with our experts and consulting teams

• Manage our digital presence: update websites, optimise SEO, and run LinkedIn and other social channels

• Develop strong marketing materials for business lines (proposals, brochures, presentations) aligned with our brand and positioning

• Coordinate events end-to-end: logistics, materials, promotion, on-site support and post-event content

• Act as brand guardian: work with designers to create polished visuals and ensure consistent tone of voice and visual identity

• Drive employer-branding initiatives with HRPD, showcasing our culture and attracting top talent through engaging campaigns and storytelling
  

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• A Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media/Marketing or a related field.
  

• 5+ years of proven MarCom experience, in consulting sector or a knowledge-intensive organization. Previous experience in the energy transition sector is a plus.
  

• Strong copy-writing and content-creation skills, especially translating complex data into clear and engaging narratives
  

• Experience managing digital channels and tools (CMS, LinkedIn, SEO, SEA, GEO)
  

• Proactive, hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented: able to take ownership, work independently and decisively, with attention to detail.
  

• A growth mindset: curious, adaptable and eager to explore new marketing tools and techniques.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C2) and Dutch (C2), German is a plus
