As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have a direct influence on how we grow. This is a new role, giving you the unique opportunity to shape it from the ground up. You will be supporting both Magnus Energy and Ciratum, a company acquired by Magnus Energy in 2024 that complements our mission with its own expertise in energy system transformation. As such, you will have a broad and diverse recruitment scope, helping shape the future teams of both organisations.
You will manage and improve the full recruitment process - from sourcing to onboarding - and work closely with hiring managers. It is a perfect blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with plenty of space to develop and innovate the way we attract and retain talent.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for diverse roles within Magnus Energy and Ciratum.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Actively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and creative outreach campaigns.
- Maintain and optimise our applicant tracking system (TeamTailor) and recruitment dashboards.
- Coordinate and improve candidate assessments, interviews, and feedback loops.
- Strengthen the employer brand of both Magnus Energy and Ciratum through content creation, social media presence, and (Campus Recruitment) event participation.
- Continuously improve the onboarding experience in collaboration with your HR colleagues and business responsibles.
- Provide strategic insights on recruitment trends, tools, and process improvements
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within international or fast-growing environments. Experience in professional services is a strong plus.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships.
- A proactive, curious, and data-driven mindset: you are always looking to improve processes and outcomes.
- A passion for people, matching the right talent to the right mission, and enhancing the candidate experience.
- Fluency in English (minimum C1) is required; proficiency in Dutch is an asset and if you also speak German, that’s a definite plus!
- Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing
- Comfort working independently and taking ownership in a newly created role, you are not afraid to shape your own path.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (we use TeamTailor) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
