In this role, you will play an important role in our company's growth strategy, collaborating closely with top management in the Nordic and European setup across business areas.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In a fast-paced environment, you will lead roles at customers such as Architect, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Advisor and play a central role in developing a team that can support the business needs in the company.

There are a lot of exciting initiatives ongoing in the Nordic Region and our ambition is to solidify and expand our current involvement in the area. You will be instrumental in expanding our Nordic presence and client base, as well as enforcing our pan-European impact, leveraging your skills, experience and industry knowledge to deliver value.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are an experienced professional, motivated to go the extra mile and always aiming to exceed client expectations. You take responsibility for your own tasks and the ones you delegate, and you are pragmatic with an intrinsic focus of getting things done.

You bring at least 10 years of working experience as a lead in technical roles within the areas of IT/OT, System Operations/SCADA or Cyber Security in the energy sector. Ideally, you have experience from a recognised consulting firm or a similar role where you have worked in a consulting capacity within the industry. You demonstrate consulting sales experience or other relevant sales experience. You thrive in a truly diverse and international environment where collaboration is essential. You have strong communication skills, are a dynamic presenter and can develop commercial offers for clients, based on their needs and our capabilities and experience. 

In addition:

• An excellent understanding of the energy sector, across a range of client segments, offerings, and businesses.
• University Master's degree in a technical, science, business, or international relations direction
• An entrepreneurial mindset: You have successfully driven results across a balanced set of metrics - building strong client relationships, contributing to sales and profitability, developing people, and enhancing capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum C1) and you speak at least one of the Nordic languages
• Based in one of the Nordic countries
• Ability to travel in the Nordics and Europe as the role spans the European countries
• Extensive network within the European energy landscape, within TSOs, DSOs, market operators, traders and flexibility providers and ability to make new and maintain professional relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills across all organisational levels
